ZTechnik Z7103 Silver Engine Guards Pair for Select BMW R1200 Models

Protect the engine heads and valve covers on select BMW R1200 motorcycles with the ZTechnik Z7103 Silver Engine Guards Pair. Made from e-coated 16-gauge steel, these guards feature an electrophoretic coating applied inside and out to help eliminate rust and corrosion.

The guards attach to the engine mounts rather than the engine covers, providing protection for the motor’s heads and valve covers. Integrated brackets on each guard provide mounting points for accessory lights, video cameras, or other accessories. Their design allows clearance for oil changes and valve cover access, so the guards do not need to be removed for routine maintenance.

Mounting hardware and easy-to-follow installation instructions are included. The ZTechnik Z7103 is not compatible with ZTechnik Exhausts or any aftermarket exhaust headers, as these exhaust systems will not allow installation of the O2 sensor. Fitment includes select 2013–2018 BMW R1200GS, R1200R, and R1200RT models.
