The Yoshimura RS-12 system is the result of more than three years of development and testing. Developed with input from factory-sponsored athletes, technicians, and engineers, the RS-12 is designed as a complete dirt bike exhaust system with an aggressive asymmetrical profile.

The RS-12 profile maximizes muffler volume, manages sound, provides more clearance for the tire and brake caliper, and supports power improvements. Precision-machined joints and a tapered muffler body inlet contribute to the system’s carefully engineered construction.

A works-look matte carbon fiber end cap features detailed decal inlays and a design intended to ease servicing compared with sandwich mounting designs commonly used in the industry. The system also includes Yoshimura’s patent-pending Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring.
