York 19-0169 Softail Rear Chain Drive Conversion Kit

York Softail rear chain kit is for 5 speed models. Stock ratio is supplied with steel sprockets 22 tooth front and a 48 tooth rear.

The York 19-0169 Softail Rear Chain Drive Conversion Kit converts a 1987–2006 5-speed belt drive system to a heavy-duty 530 chain drive. Designed for a stock-size rear tire, this kit includes a standard 530 x 120-link drive chain with a master link. The chain must be cut to the desired length for the application using a chain breaker and chain puller.

The kit supports gearing adjustments through the included 21-tooth or 22-tooth front sprocket configurations and available rear sprocket options. Depending on the selected combination, gearing can be adjusted for faster acceleration or increased top speed. Use the existing pulley spacer behind the transmission 22-tooth sprocket during installation.
