The WISECO SK1217 Overbore Piston Kit is designed for top-end engine rebuilding applications. Wiseco pistons are forged from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum to provide strength, reduced weight, improved heat transfer, and extended service life. The kit includes a precision-matched piston, rings, and circlip for one cylinder.

Each piston features a diamond-turned finish produced on CNC computer-controlled turning equipment for consistent sizing and a precise surface finish. Wiseco pistons can be installed in cylinder bores using cast iron, chrome, Nikasil, or boron composite compositions. The availability of oversize pistons can help extend the service life of cast iron-lined cylinders, while replacement cylinder sleeves may allow chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite cylinders to accept Wiseco oversizes.
