Volt Tech 32-1345 Magneto Base and Drive Kit

Magneto cast base shaft gear and advance mechanism plate assembly with arm. This features an adjustable base with lever.

The Volt Tech 32-1345 Magneto Base and Drive Kit is designed to accept standard Harley-style Fairbanks Morse or Joe Hunt magnetos. The shaft is driven by the existing gear, and the base accepts the #36-0514 tachometer drive gear, #36-0513 cable, and #32-1298 Magneto Assembly.

An integrated arm allows for manual cable advance, while the shaft features a spiral cut for magneto gear installation. The magneto head is ordered separately. Volt Tech suggests using this kit with the #36-0514 Magneto Tachometer Cable Driven Gear and #36-0514 Black Magneto Tachometer Cable.

The Volt Tech 32-1345 kit fits 1957–1966 Harley-Davidson XLH applications, including model years 1957, 1958, 1959, 1960, 1961, 1962, 1963, 1964, 1965, and 1966.
