The VERTEX WR101137 complete engine rebuild kit is designed as a convenient, comprehensive solution for rebuilding compatible Yamaha 660 engines. The kit includes nearly all components required for a complete and professional rebuild, helping consolidate essential engine, transmission, cooling, and sealing components into one package.

Included components consist of a Vertex standard-compression piston kit with rings, pin, and clips; a Hot Rods heavy-duty stock-stroke crank; Hot Rods main bearing and seal, transmission bearing, counter balancer bearing, and water pump bearing and seal kits; a Vertex complete gasket kit with seals and O-rings covering the top and bottom end; and a Hot Cams cam chain. The transmission bearing kit also includes transmission bearings, an output shaft collar, and a sprocket lock washer. For two-stroke applications, the Hot Rods crank includes a wrist pin bearing as stated by the manufacturer.

The VERTEX WR101137 kit fits select 2002–2008 Yamaha YFM660FG Grizzly 4WD [IRS] models and select 2004–2006 Yamaha YXR660F Rhino 660 models. Verify the vehicle application before ordering. This listing is for the standard-compression piston configuration. The supplier notes that an oversized piston requires cylinder boring and may require re-plating.
