The VERTEX WR00028 Complete Engine Rebuild Kit provides nearly all the components required for a complete, professional engine rebuild. Designed for select Polaris 700 applications, this kit combines key internal engine, transmission, cooling-system, and sealing components into one package.

The kit includes a Vertex standard-compression piston kit with rings, wrist pin, and clips; a Hot Rods heavy-duty crank with stock stroke; and a Hot Rods main bearing and seal kit. For two-stroke applications, the Hot Rods crank includes a wrist pin bearing. The package also contains a Hot Rods transmission bearing kit with transmission bearings, output shaft collar, and sprocket lock washer.

Additional components include a Hot Rods counter balancer bearing kit, Hot Rods water pump bearing and seal kit, and a Vertex complete gasket kit with seals and O-rings covering the top and bottom of the engine. A Hot Cams cam chain is also included. The Wrench Rabbit kit offers a convenient consolidated solution compared with purchasing the components individually.

Fitment includes the 2006–2009 Polaris Ranger 700 6X6, 2008–2009 Polaris Ranger Crew 700 4x4, 2005–2006 Polaris Ranger XP 700, 2008 Polaris Sportsman X2 700, and 2007 Polaris Ranger 700 4X4.
