The VERTEX HR00219 Oversized Engine Rebuild Kit is a convenient, comprehensive solution for rebuilding compatible Can-Am Outlander engines. This kit brings together nearly all the components required for a complete and professional rebuild, helping simplify parts selection and installation planning.

The kit includes a Vertex piston kit with a standard-compression piston, rings, pin and clips, along with a Hot Rods heavy-duty crank with stock stroke. It also includes Hot Rods main bearing and seal, transmission bearing, counter balancer bearing, and water pump bearing and seal kits. The transmission bearing kit includes transmission bearings, an output shaft collar and sprocket lock washer.

Completing the package is a Vertex complete gasket kit with seals and O-rings covering the top and bottom of the engine, plus a Hot Cams cam chain. The Wrench Rabbit kit is designed to save money compared with purchasing the included components individually. It fits select 2011–2015 Can-Am Outlander 800 and Outlander Max 800 XT models with IRS, as listed in the fitment details.
