The VERTEX HR00209 Oversized Engine Rebuild Kit provides nearly all the components required for a complete and professional engine rebuild. Designed for select 2017 and 2018 Can-Am Outlander and Renegade 850 models, this kit combines essential engine, transmission, cooling, and sealing components in one package.

Included components are a VERTEX standard compression piston kit with rings, pin, and clips; a Hot Rods heavy-duty stock-stroke crank; and a Hot Rods main bearing and seal kit. For two-stroke applications, the crank includes a wrist pin bearing. The kit also contains Hot Rods transmission bearings, output shaft collar, sprocket lock washer, counter balancer bearing kit, and water pump bearing and seal kit.

A VERTEX complete gasket kit with seals and O-rings covers the top and bottom of the engine, while the Hot Cams cam chain completes the core rebuild components.
