V-Twin 32-2039 Panhead Electric Starter Kit

Big Twin electric starter kit 4-speed with a tin outer primary cover.

The V-Twin 32-2039 Panhead Electric Starter Kit is designed for use with tin inner and outer primary assemblies. The inner and outer primary covers are not included, and the kit must be trimmed to fit the installation. The starter pinion gear engages with the ring gear attached to the clutch hub.

The alloy starter mount bolts to the ratchet top using the provided screws. A vent screw is included. This kit is intended for swingarm applications in 1958–1964 inchdrop seat inch-type frames and is designed for use with an 82-link primary chain. Mounting alterations or brackets may be required to provide adequate clearance. The clutch cable requires a clutch hand lever assembly with a 3/8-inch hole for the cable end.
