V-Twin 30-0938 Alphabet XL Exhaust Header Set Raw

Alphabet Sportster exhaust header set features a raw finish. Set is used for Sportster Ironhead models.

The V-Twin 30-0938 Alphabet XL Exhaust Header Set Raw is designed for stock Sportster models, including 1971–1984 models with forward controls and 1975–1984 models with mid controls. The set includes front and rear headers for a two-pipe exhaust configuration.

Before installation, verify control and chassis clearance, as installation may not be compatible with some forward or mid-control configurations. The rear pipe routes forward and around the points housing. The two individual wrap-style pipes can be fitted with a 2:1 collector.

This V-Twin header set is supplied as a set and is not connected by an equalizer tube. It fits Harley-Davidson XL models from 1971 through 1980 as listed in the product fitment information. The raw finish provides a straightforward base for an exhaust installation or finishing process suited to the application.
