Sifton Polished Oil Pump Assembly 20276

Sifton oil pump assembly includes all necessary fittings snap rings keys gaskets and mounting bolts for a complete installation. Oil pump has a polished finish.

The Sifton Polished Oil Pump Assembly, part number 20276, features improved oil pump pressure regulation designed to ensure correct oiling to all areas of Big Twin engines. The assembly includes an adjuster for the chain oiler.

For 1970–1980 applications, a drilling operation is required. Use the #16-0986 oil pump drill fixture for this operation. The oil line is available separately, and the assembly is suggested for use with the #40-0171 Rigid Oil Line Set for Billet Pump or the #40-0884 Rigid Oil Line Set for Billet Pump, Zicad Plated.

The included bolts are 1/4 inch-20. The longer bolt measures 2-3/4 inches end to end with 1 inch of threads, while the shorter bolt measures 1-1/2 inches end to end with 1-1/4 inches of threads. This assembly fits 1936–1940 Harley-Davidson EL and 1941–1945 Harley-Davidson FL applications. Installation instructions are available for Sifton part number 20276.
