Sifton 301507 High-Performance Gerotor Oil Pump

Sifton oil pump features gerotor compact cad-cam design billet aluminum construction superior scavenging and increased feed flow rate which eliminates wet-sumping in crankcase.

The Sifton 301507 high-performance gerotor oil pump uses inner and outer rotors instead of conventional gears to provide increased oil flow for V-Twin engines. It supplies more than 150% of the oil volume on the pressure side and delivers an increase of up to 450% on the return side compared with conventional gear-style pumps.

The pump produces 100 PSI when cold, is regulated to 23 PSI at 3,000 RPM, and provides 12 PSI at idle at 1,100 RPM. Its gerotor design is intended to maintain oil delivery from idle through 14,000 RPM and help reduce oil starvation associated with conventional or stock oil pumps under hot, high-speed operating conditions.

Machined from 6061 T651 billet aluminum, the Sifton 301507 is individually inspected and polished. The return outlet is positioned on top and the feed is on the bottom. Hardware, a gasket, and fittings for the rubber hose are included. The gasket and fittings are specified for the rubber hose only.
