S&S Cycle 31-0008 Stock Bore Engine Crankcase Set

Crankcase set for Panhead engines comes ready to assemble.

The S&S Cycle 31-0008 Stock Bore Engine Crankcase Set is supplied prepared for assembly with a Timken left-side bearing and race assembly, seal, seal spacer, oil pump drive bushing, needle bearing, and pinion race. The right-side pinion race is pressed in and line honed for assembly readiness.

This crankcase set features a stock bore and accepts flywheels up to 8 inches in diameter. Included components are cylinder studs, nickel-plated case bolts, crankcase fittings, a timing plug, and a magnetic drain plug. A Manufacturer's Statement of Origin is supplied with the set.

Order the #12-8001 oil pump separately; it is required for assembly. The set is listed for 1948–1957 Harley-Davidson FL applications. Accessory items include connecting rod assemblies and flywheel sets listed below.
