S&S Cycle 31-0005 Stock Bore Engine Crankcase Set

The S&S Cycle 31-0005 Stock Bore Engine Crankcase Set is a ready-to-assemble crankcase solution featuring a stock bore and flywheel capacity up to 8-1/2 inches in diameter. The set includes a Timken left-side bearing race assembly, seal, seal spacer, oil pump drive bushing, needle bearing, and a pressed-in, line-honed right-side pinion race.

Included components also consist of cylinder studs, nickel-plated case bolts, crankcase fittings, a timing plug, and a magnetic drain plug. The flywheel accepts an early-model crank pin, and the rod set can be fitted with an early pin when required for installation. A Manufacturer's Statement of Origin is supplied.

For related assembly planning, S&S Cycle suggests using the 31-0005 with the #12-8002 Oil Pump Assembly and #10-0272 Connecting Rod Assembly H-Beam.
