PROX 10.EK5806.A1 Engine Rebuild Kit

The PROX 10.EK5806.A1 Engine Rebuild Kit is a complete rotating and reciprocating rebuild solution featuring a crankshaft assembly, main bearings, seals, pistons and related components, plus a complete engine gasket kit. Designed to support a reliable engine rebuild, the kit combines components developed through extensive research and development on PROX’s in-house engine dyno.

The crankshaft is completely assembled using Maxima® assembly lube and inspected in-house for proper dimensions and trueness. The connecting rods use a proprietary in-house design and are forged, heat-treated and shot-peened for tensile strength and reduced stress risers. Graded big-end bearings help ensure proper clearance, while bronze small-end bushings support longevity and performance.

Pistons are cast from OEM-grade alloy and feature MOS2 skirt coating plus hard-anodized crowns and ring grooves. These treatments are designed to reduce friction and improve wear and heat resistance. The kit also includes Japanese-sourced Koyo main bearings, OEM quality seals and a complete gasket kit. Versatile gasket kits and compression ratios help cover more applications with fewer part numbers. This PROX engine rebuild kit is available in A/B/C graded bore sizes.
