Pro Circuit's Ti-6 BC Titanium Exhaust System was created for professional racers competing in a series such as AMA Supercross or AMA Motocross to ensure they pass AMA/FIM sound regulations. The Ti-6 BC Titanium Exhaust System is constructed of titanium throughout the head pipe, mid pipe, canister and end-cap. The Ti-6 BC is the next generation of professional level race exhausts.

The PRO CIRCUIT Ti-6 BC Pro Titanium Exhaust System with Titanium End Cap, part number 0352525BC, is designed for professional-level closed-course racing. Developed for racers competing in series such as AMA Supercross and AMA Motocross, this full race system is designed to pass AMA/FIM sound regulations while improving performance.

The system features titanium construction throughout the head pipe, mid pipe, canister and end cap. A machined aluminum muffler bracket provides increased strength and durability, while the asymmetrical muffler configuration increases packing volume. The machined mid pipe-to-head pipe joint is designed for a better, leak-free fit, and TIG precision welding supports consistent construction.

The PRO CIRCUIT Ti-6 BC is made in the USA and fits the 2022 Husqvarna FC 250 Rockstar Edition; 2023 Husqvarna FC 250, FX 350, FC 350, KTM 250 SX-F, 350 SX-F, 250 XC-F and 350 XC-F; and 2024 KTM 250 SX-F and 350 SX-F. This system is intended for closed-course racing only.
