Paughco 716B Upsweep Exhaust Header Set Chrome for 1966–1969 Harley-Davidson FL

Paughco chrome upsweep drag header 3 piece set for early Shovelhead rigid frame models. Header has a diameter of 1-3/4 inch. Flat pipe is under motor for flatside Shovelhead engines.

The Paughco 716B Upsweep Exhaust Header Set Chrome is a three-piece exhaust system designed for 1966–1969 Harley-Davidson FL models. The set features S-type front pipes intended to provide improved ground clearance and accepts straight fishtail extensions or mufflers, which are available separately.

This header set is compatible with hydraulic brakes only and will not fit with an electric-start wraparound oil tank. When installing upsweep pipes on rigid frames, check the tube diameter of the rigid rear section and order P-clamps to match the frame. A strap bracket must be fabricated as required, either flat or offset. Brackets are ordered separately.
