Jims 5835 M8 Valve Spring Compression Tool

Jims inchon bike inch valve spring compressor tool is for use on M8 models.

The Jims 5835 M8 Valve Spring Compression Tool is designed for changing valve springs during performance upgrades or replacing leaking valve seals. This tool works with the cylinder head installed on the motor, helping technicians service the valve train without removing the cylinder head.

To use the tool, remove the rocker box covers and rocker arms, then install the compressor on the rocker arm shaft. After filling the cylinder with compressed air, rotate the tool to compress the valve spring top collar and expose the keepers. This allows removal of the top collar, valve spring, and seal.

The Jims 5835 is intended for M8 engines and fits the listed Harley-Davidson FLT models from 2017 through 2024, as well as 2018 and 2019 FXST models. Refer to the manufacturer’s instructions for detailed operating guidance.
