FOX 830-24-237 Float 3 EVOL RC2 Front Shocks Kit for Yamaha Raptor SE

The FOX Float 3 EVOL RC2 front shocks kit, part number 830-24-237, is designed for sport and race ATV applications. It fits 2007–2016 Yamaha YFM700RSE Raptor SE models and features an ultra-lightweight air-spring design with FOX’s Genuine Kashima Coat for a smooth feel and high durability.

External rebound adjustment lets you tune the shock’s return rate after compression to optimize control in varying conditions. High- and low-speed compression adjustment provides an increased tuning range, while the infinitely adjustable MAIN and EVOL air chambers allow precise control over spring rate, roll, turning response and bottoming resistance. The chrome-silicon negative spring is designed to improve stutter-bump compliance.

Race-proven velocity-sensitive damping technology uses custom-tuned piston flow designs and variable valving specifications for the intended application. Precision-manufactured damping pistons support consistent damping and flow characteristics. Aerospace-grade PTFE-lined spherical bearings promote durability, while the anodized Internal Floating Piston and bearing housing help prevent oil contamination and support seal longevity.

The shocks use 6061-T6 aluminum piggyback body caps, bodies, air sleeves and reservoirs. The Samurai Sealing System is made from a low-temperature, durable material designed to clear dirt, mud and debris while keeping the seals lubricated for reduced friction. The shocks are fully rebuildable and serviceable, and can reduce ATV weight by up to six pounds when replacing coil spring shocks.
