The Alpinestars Bionic Action V3 Protection Jacket is a full upper-body protection system designed to be worn under a jersey. It features removable A-Morph Technology shoulder, elbow, back, and divided chest protectors to provide protective coverage and impact energy dissipation while supporting mobility and comfort. The ultra-lightweight design promotes airflow and ventilation, while the breathable stretch mesh chassis adapts naturally to body movement for stable, comfortable performance.

All protectors use A-Morph Technology, a morphing structural system that dynamically adapts to the rider’s body. The system is designed to provide impact absorption, multi-impact resilience, lightweight flexibility, breathability, and thermal regulation. A removable liner concept separates the protectors from their textile housing, allowing the fabric components to be machine-washed without exposing the protective structure to mechanical or thermal stress. Tool-free snap-in and snap-out attachment simplifies disassembly and reassembly for regular cleaning and maintenance.

The main chassis uses soft, tactile, highly breathable stretch mesh fabric for cooling performance. A central zipper, adjustable elasticated waist belt, forearm V-strap system, side V-straps, and shoulder straps help secure the garment and keep the protectors positioned during use. An extended tailbone section provides additional coverage, while the YKK locking zipper helps prevent unwanted zipper movement. The garment includes CE Level 1 Certified A-Morph Technology protectors and is engineered for compliance with EU Sustainability Directives, with components available as spare parts.
