The ultra-lightweight design combines airflow and ventilation with a breathable stretch-mesh chassis that adapts naturally to body movement.

All protectors use A-Morph Technology, a morphing structural system that dynamically adapts to the rider’s body. The system provides impact absorption, multi-impact resilience, lightweight flexibility, breathability, and thermal regulation. Removable protector liners separate the protective components from the textile housing, allowing the fabric components to be machine-washed without exposing the protective structure to mechanical or thermal stress. Tool-free snap-in and snap-out attachments simplify cleaning and reassembly.

The main chassis uses soft, tactile, highly breathable stretch mesh for cooling performance. Adjustable elasticated waist, forearm, side, and shoulder straps help secure the protectors and reduce unwanted movement. A central YKK locking zipper supports easy use and helps prevent unwanted zipper movement while riding. An extended tailbone section provides additional coverage. The body armor is engineered to comply with EU Sustainability Directives, with components available as spare parts.

Removable CE Level 1 Certified A-Morph Technology protectors are included at the shoulders, elbows, back, and chest. The shoulder and elbow protectors comply with EN 1621-1:2012 Level 1, the back protector complies with EN 1621-2:2014 Level 1, and the chest protector complies with EN 1621-3:2018 Level 1.
