The VERTEX HR00194 Complete Engine Rebuild Kit provides nearly all the components required for a complete, professional engine rebuild. This kit combines major internal engine components and supporting hardware in one package, helping streamline the rebuild process compared with purchasing the components individually.

The kit includes a Vertex standard-compression piston kit with rings, pin, and clips; a Hot Rods heavy-duty crank with stock stroke; and a Hot Rods main bearing and seal kit. It also includes Hot Rods transmission bearings, output shaft collar, sprocket lock washer, counter balancer bearing kit, and water pump bearing and seal kit.

Additional components include a Vertex complete gasket kit with seals and an O-ring kit covering the top and bottom end, plus a Hot Cams cam chain. The VERTEX HR00194 is listed for select 2017–2019 Can-Am Defender and 2018 Can-Am Maverick Trail 1000 applications, including specified Defender HD10, Defender Max HD10, and Defender Max HD10 XT and DPS models.
