York 19-0157 FXR Rear Chain Drive Kit

York FXR rear chain kit is for 5 speed models. Stock ratio is supplied 22 tooth front and 48 tooth rear steel sprockets with 120 link chain.

The York 19-0157 FXR Rear Chain Drive Kit includes the components needed for a rear chain drive installation on specified Harley-Davidson FXR applications from 1982 through 1991. The kit includes a 22-tooth transmission sprocket with a 0.500-inch offset, a sprocket spacer, chain puller tool, chain breaker tool, and a 120-link 530 nickel-plated drive chain with figure-eight-shaped links.

Additional components include a 7/8-inch-thick alloy rear pulley, a five-hole spacer, a five-spoke rear flat 48-tooth sprocket, and a 3-3/8-inch outer-diameter pulley indexing flange nut. The flange nut allows drilling and tapping of additional set-screw locations. The included gold-type drive chain is rust resistant and supplied with a master link.

The chain is supplied at 120 links and must be cut to the desired length for each application. Use the chain puller to bring the chain to length, then use the chain breaker tool to break it at the appropriate link. This kit is identified as York SKU 19-0157 and is supplied as a kit.
