Wiseco pistons are forged from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum to provide superior strength, reduced weight, improved heat transfer, and extended service life. A diamond-turned finish produced on CNC-controlled turning centers supports consistent sizing and a precise surface finish.

Wiseco pistons can be installed in cylinder bores made from cast iron, chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite materials. The brand also offers a broad range of oversize pistons for extending the service life of cast-iron-lined cylinders, while replacement cylinder sleeves can allow chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite cylinders to be resleeved for Wiseco oversize pistons.
