Wiseco K1655 883cc Forged Conversion Piston Kit Standard

The Wiseco K1655 883cc Forged Conversion Piston Kit Standard is designed for applications using a 3.498-inch bore. This standard-size piston set features a 9.5:1 compression ratio and pistons forged from a high-silicon alloy. The piston measurement is 3.4965 inches.

The kit fits 1986–1995 Harley-Davidson XL models. For 2009 and newer applications, separate purchase of 1200cc XL cylinders is required. The product data also notes that 2009 and newer XL 883 cylinders cannot be overbored to 1200cc.

To properly break in the new pistons and rings, run the engine at moderate speeds for at least 500 miles and avoid excessive operation in lower gears. The Wiseco K1655 kit is supplied as a kit and is made in the USA.
