V-Twin 29-2135 Factory Sample 2:1 Siamese Exhaust Header Set Chrome

Chrome 2:1 siamese exhaust header set with a 1-3/4 inch outer diameter fits under the carburetor on rigid or swingarm frames with Evolution Big Twin or Sportster engine.

The V-Twin 29-2135 Factory Sample 2:1 Siamese Exhaust Header Set is finished in chrome and designed as a replacement exhaust header set. The muffler is not included. Oxygen sensor bungs are required for 1986–2006 models and are available separately.

The rear pipe extension fits over the front pipe and uses an integral clamp to secure the connection. This joint is adjustable to accommodate each pipe installation. For installation, fasten each header flange bolt, then tighten the center tube clamp.

These factory sample parts are brand-new pre-production components that may have cosmetic imperfections in the finished surface, including marks from installation testing and fitment. They do not have physical defects such as cracks or holes. Check threaded and bearing holes for excess plating before installation.
