For 61 inch Knucklehead motors accurately cast and machined by Motortechnic in Germany. Features a natural cast finish and a blank number boss.

The Motortechnic 10-0942 engine case set is designed as a replacement for the original cases used with 1936, 1937, and 1938 Harley-Davidson EL models. This aluminum case set accepts either large- or small-outer-diameter flywheels measuring 61 inches or 74 inches.

This is the later version of the 1936 EL cases, featuring the number boss and timing-hole plug found on engines numbered 36EL1055 and later. The cases are supplied without serial numbers, and a bill of sale will be issued for the blank cases.

Pinion and sprocket shaft races are not included, and engine case bolts must be ordered separately. Review the manufacturer instructions before installation to confirm the required components and assembly procedures. The set is sold as a complete case set, with a unit of measure of set.
