Wyatt Gatling 8889 2:1 Megaphone Header Set

Black 1-3/4 inch ultima header pipes features a 4 inch taper megaphone with chrome billet end caps and a form fitted heat shield set. Set includes O2 sensor ports.

The Wyatt Gatling 8889 2:1 Megaphone Header Set features a high-style front pipe designed to fit between the air filter and the top of the cam cover. The tapered megaphone end follows the swingarm back and terminates in front of the lower shock mount. Built-in baffles are included in the megaphone section.

Before installation, check the O2 sensor depth to ensure the pipe does not interfere with sensor installation. The header set is painted black but has oxidation, or rust, on the inside. The installer must repaint both the inside and outside surfaces of the pipe set. The supplier recommends VHT Flame Proof 1350 Black Finish for coating the inner and outer header pipe surfaces.

This set is listed for 2007 through 2013 Harley-Davidson XL models. The unit of measure is set, and the stated country of origin is Taiwan. Suggested accessory item 41-0125 is VHT Flame Proof 1350 Black Finish.
