TOP END REBUILD KITS WILL COME WITH PRECISION MATCHED PISTONS, RINGS, CIRCLIPS, WRIST PINS, AND A TOP END GASKET KIT FOR 1 MOTOR. PISTONS KITS ARE SOLD PER CYLINDER AND WILL INCLUDE PRECISION MATCHED PISTONS, RINGS, AND CIRCLIP. PRO-LITE SERIES PISTONS WILL INCLUDE WRIST PIN.

The WISECO SK1240 Overbore Piston Kit is designed for top-end rebuilding applications. Wiseco piston kits are sold per cylinder and include a precision-matched forged piston, rings, and circlip. The Pro-Lite series also includes a wrist pin; refer to the applicable kit configuration for included components.

Each Wiseco piston is forged from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum for strength, reduced weight, improved heat transfer, and long service life. A diamond-turned finish produced on CNC-controlled turning centers supports consistent sizing and a precise surface finish.

Wiseco pistons can be installed in cylinder bores made from cast iron, chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite materials. Wiseco offers a broad range of oversize pistons to help extend the service life of cast-iron-lined cylinders, while replacement cylinder sleeves can allow chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite cylinders to be resleeved for Wiseco oversize pistons.
