Wiseco K1657 883cc Forged Conversion Piston Kit .020 Oversize

Wiseco piston set includes Hasting X rings 2 wrist pins and 4 circlips.

The Wiseco K1657 883cc Forged Conversion Piston Kit features .020-inch oversize pistons with a 9.5:1 compression ratio for a 3-1/2-inch bore. The pistons are forged from a high-silicone alloy and are designed for 1986–1995 Harley-Davidson XL applications as specified by the manufacturer.

For 2009 and newer XL 883 applications, the original cylinders cannot be overbored to 1200cc. These applications require the separate purchase of 1200cc cylinders for use with this piston kit. Review the manufacturer’s installation and fitment information before installation.

After installation, run the engine at moderate speeds for at least 500 miles and avoid excessive running in lower gears to properly break in the new pistons and rings. The kit is supplied as a set and has a country of origin listed as the USA.
