The Volt Tech 29900028A-BLACK Alternator Charging System Kit is designed to provide 30% more power than the stock charging system at idle. It produces 54 amps at 4,000 RPM, helping accessories operate at peak performance while reducing dimming lights, reduced audio performance, and under-performing heated gear.

This high-output charging system is recommended when installing a multi-amp audio system, heated seats, heated gear, or other higher-draw powered accessories. The complete kit includes a high-performance rotor, stator, voltage regulator, gaskets, and installation hardware. The kit is listed as stock on select CVO Touring models and has an OEM cross reference of 29900028.

Installation requires a new oil cooler hose supplied by the customer. The V-Twin 15-1525 inner primary mount gasket and V-Twin 15-1395 James Foamet primary cover gasket must also be purchased separately.
