The VERTEX WR101-129 Complete Engine Rebuild Kit provides nearly all the components required for a complete engine rebuild. Designed for the listed KTM 200 applications, this kit combines key internal engine, transmission, cooling-system, and sealing components in one package.

The kit includes a Vertex standard-compression piston kit with rings, pin, and clips; a Hot Rods heavy-duty crank with stock stroke; Hot Rods main bearing and seal, transmission bearing, counter balancer bearing, and water pump bearing and seal kits; a Vertex complete gasket kit with seals and O-rings for the top and bottom end; and a Hot Cams cam chain. The transmission bearing kit also includes transmission bearings, an output shaft collar, and a sprocket lock washer.

The VERTEX WR101-129 kit fits 2003–2005 KTM 200 EXC models and 2006–2012 KTM 200 XC-W models as listed. The product data identifies the piston as a standard-compression piston. For over-size piston applications, cylinder boring is required and re-plating may be necessary.
