The VERTEX WR101-059 Complete Engine Rebuild Kit provides nearly all the components required for a complete and professional engine rebuild. Designed for the 2006, 2007, and 2008 Suzuki LT-R450 Quadracer, this kit combines essential internal engine, transmission, cooling-system, and sealing components in one package.

The kit includes a VERTEX standard-compression piston with rings, pin, and clips; a Hot Rods heavy-duty stock-stroke crank with wrist pin bearing for two-stroke applications; Hot Rods main bearing and seal, transmission bearing, counter balancer bearing, and water pump bearing and seal kits; a VERTEX complete gasket kit with seals and O-rings covering the top and bottom ends; and a Hot Cams cam chain. The VERTEX WR101-059 kit simplifies component sourcing and can save money compared with purchasing the items individually.

For applications designated OS, an oversize piston is supplied. Cylinder boring is required, and cylinder re-plating may also be necessary. Verify the application and required piston specification before beginning the rebuild.
