Ultima 117-248 41mm Billet Fork Slider Assembly, 4-Inch

Fork tubes are centerless ground 4140″ hard chrome finish with smooth black billet lower legs completely assembled with internal components.

The Ultima 117-248 41mm Billet Fork Slider Assembly features smooth black billet lower legs in a 1984-up FXST-style tube assembly. Its convertible-style legs accommodate both single- and dual-disc brake configurations, while the flush-mount-style axle design provides a clean installation appearance. Billet block-off plates conceal the damper screw holes.

These fork sliders can be rebuilt with OEM components. Fork slider assemblies are measured from the top of the tube to the center of the axle, and the stock length is 31-1/2 inches. The assembly is supplied as a set.

For service, drain the assembly lubricant before use. Ultima recommends 20-weight oil for average conditions, with 10.2 ounces of fork oil per leg. The Ultima 117-248 is listed for select Harley-Davidson FXST applications, including model years 1984 through 1995 and 1998 as specified in the fitment data.
