The TTS Bluetooth MasterTune System is designed specifically to tune Delphi-equipped Harley-Davidson® motorcycles `12-Up, and includes four powerful Windows®-based programs

The TTS MasterTune Bluetooth CANbus Tuning System, part number 2000021, is designed for tuning Delphi-equipped Harley-Davidson motorcycles. It provides two-way communication between the motorcycle’s ECM and a Windows-based laptop or PC through a wireless Bluetooth connection, eliminating the need for cables between the interface and computer.

The system includes the MasterTune, DataMaster, VTune, and Flight Recorder software programs. MasterTune supports calibration development with base-map selection, calibration saving and restoration, table editing, 2D and 3D graphing, change comparison, wideband O2 sensor tuning, speedometer calibration, primary-ratio changes, and adjustments for spark advance, knock control, volumetric efficiency, rev limit, fueling, idle speed, injector size, engine displacement, and AFR/Lambda targets. The interface locks to the ECM during its first programming flash, and licensing supports programming either one or two vehicles.

DataMaster displays, records, stores, plays back, and analyzes vehicle data, including diagnostic trouble codes. VTune uses recorded data and the current calibration to help create optimized calibrations, including VE, spark, and EGR correction table adjustments. Flight Recorder enables on-vehicle data recording without an attached computer, with up to 10 hours of data storage and configurable recording functions.

The MasterTune software is compatible with 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 7 and newer. The communications interface can also provide diagnostics and data logging on compatible vehicles, including vehicles already married to an ECM. A support loop is included for attaching the interface to the motorcycle with a wire tie. Made in the USA.
