BDX 14-800DK SSI Durability Kit for Polaris 800

The BDX 14-800DK SSI Durability Kit is designed to support extended piston and ring life compared with stock shorter pistons that may wear prematurely. The kit features a taller piston design, forged pistons with lubrication holes for improved cooling, and proper ring separation to help extend ring service life.

According to the product data, the kit can increase output by 2–4 horsepower. It comes complete with pistons, rings, wrist pins, C-clips, base gaskets, a cylinder spacer, longer bolts, and machined dowel spacers. The BDX 14-800DK is made in the USA.
